They've never flinched when I've handed them (several times) autocross spec alignment sheets with lots of toe-out.
The owner/manager is very easy going. I don't see why they wouldn't at least align the car with 160lbs of balast in the driver seat. You'll probably need to explain everything up front before making the request.
I don't know what machine they're using, but it provides a printout of your before and after alignment settings if you ask for it.
